Here’s how our process works:

Client provides employee time sheet data to Strategic Tax and Accounting according to company payroll interval (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, monthly) via Excel integrated file or client can enter time sheet data directly over the internet.

Strategic Tax and Accounting computes, prepares and prints payroll checks for each employee and offers free direct deposit for any of clients employees. Strategic Tax and Accounting delivers payroll checks to client location. Client can also print checks at their location if more convenient..

Strategic Tax and Accounting provides client with applicable Federal and State payroll tax deposit checks as required or can have tax payments automatically paid to the proper taxing agencies electronically.

Strategic Tax and Accounting prepares Federal and State payroll tax returns each quarter and provides to client for submission or has them automatically filed electronically. Returns and forms included in GA are:

Federal form 941 – quarterly reconciliation of Federal Payroll taxes.
Georgia form G-7 – quarter reconciliation of Georgia Withholding taxes.
Georgia Department of Labor form DOL-4 – quarterly Unemployment tax computation.

Strategic Tax and Accounting also does quarterly payroll reporting in all 50 states.

Strategic Tax and Accounting prepares Federal and State payroll tax returns at year-end and provides to client for submission or has them automatically filed electronically. Returns and forms included are:

Federal Form W-2 – employee wage and tax statements.
Federal Form W-3 – transmittal of wage and tax statements.
Federal Form 1099misc – subcontractor earnings statement.
Federal Form 1096 – transmittal of 1099 statements.
Federal Form 940 – Federal unemployment tax computation.
Georgia Form G-1003 – Georgia statement of yearly wages.

Strategic Tax and Accounting also does year-end payroll reporting in all 50 states.

Payroll Service fees are determined by the frequency of payroll and number of employees.
