Sam graduated
from Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial Engineering and from the University of Florida with an MBA in Finance. While working for a
medium-sized CPA firm specializing in small business, he passed the CPA
exam on his first try and entered the corporate world.
After twenty years
of varied experience in developing accounting systems, financial models
and strategic plans for small businesses, Sam went out on his own in
1996 to apply his knowledge and experience helping small businesses
succeed.
Sam immediately saw
the potential of QuickBooks when it was released in 1993 and became an
expert in installing and repairing this small business accounting
package. Sam has developed and conducted seminars on using QuickBooks as
part of the Small Business Development Center network of the SBA and
continues to advise clients on managing their businesses with
QuickBooks.
Sam’s experience in
small business taxes is varied and deep. Sam has clients from nearly
every sector of the business world and has successfully helped them
minimize their taxes for years. Sam has taught tax planning to small
business owners in numerous seminars conducted by the Small Business
Development Center network.
Married for over 25
years, Sam enjoys spending time with his family and playing tennis. |
